VINTAGE FURNITURE - ARE YOU INTO MID CENTURY MODERN PIECES?

The craze for mid century modern furniture is insatiable, constrained only by space.  Some are even giving up their current characterless furniture and making way for the ever elegant midcentury modern pieces of the 60's and 70's.  Nothing less than  midcentury pieces for these people. They recognize instantly when they see one and usually does not hesitate to buy especially if the piece fits into their overall decor scheme.  Some just snap up rare midcentury pieces and think later where to fit them,  afraid of missing out, knowing they may not turn up so soon.  A collection of furniture of this period, from dining chairs and tables, armchairs and sofa, coffee tables, display cabinets, writing desks, sideboards, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets to beds, creates an exciting retro presence and a trendy mixture of both bourgeois cum bohemian lifestyle.

Because of this insatiable demand, SECOND CHARM, stocks up a wide collection of midcentury modern pieces over the weekend. This posting concentrates on sofas and armchairs only.
