FINDS OF THE DAY

We had some nice finds today.  For those of you who are looking for french armchairs, we had severals.  If you like the seasoned look, keep them as they are.  With a  little cleaning and brushing, you have lovely french chairs and armchairs at a  mere fraction of the cost of new ones.  Seasoned  french armchairs have  a certain charm  to them that may be lost with new upholstery unless they are in really bad shape.

Interesting finds of the day includes a swivel lounger that could be a  designer's piece and a set of orange metal chairs.  They are contemporary pieces that can be easily combined with vintage pieces.  The orange metal chairs, for instance, will look great with a mid century solid teak dining table.

French armchairs in white wooden frame and dark velvety grey.   In relatively

 good condition. Selling as preloved.  $150 each for armchairs and $100 each 

without arms.

A pair of victorian armchairs.  Best reupholstered. 

 As is condition at $200 each.

French armchairs in tapestry fabric.  In relatively

Chippendale chair.  One piece only.  In relatively

Swivel lounger on stainless steel legs.  Pretty comfortable and fun.

Bright orange metal chairs with similarly orange laminate back. $50 each.

Tuckshop bench.  Naturally distressed. L214 x D35 x H48 cm.

Rustic solid wood sidetables with metal trimmings. L46 x W45 x H45 cm.

An art deco 1950's solid teak side table.  L75 x D49.5 x H77.
